Client Appointments
All appointments are booked online via my booking site. After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Three days and 24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive an email and text with your appointment details. You can make changes to your appointment 24 hours before. If you are a new client, please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to find my location.
Cancellations
You can cancel your appointment 24 hours prior with no penalty. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior or day of will incur in a 100% charge of service(s) booked.
No Shows
If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged your full service amount.
Running Late
If you are running late, send me a quick text to let me know. I offer a 7 minute grace period. If you are 7 minutes late or more, you will be marked as a no show and charged the full service amount.
Communication
Please text instead of calling. You will get a quicker response this way. As I am a solo practitioner I may be with a client when you call and unable to get to my phone.
Parking
Ample free parking is available in front of the salon. There is also a parking deck connected to the building that we validate parking for.
